Frequently Asked Questions
-
After filling out inquiry form, which will ask you a handful of questions about date, venue, and size, I’ll create a custom floral proposal outlining design direction and pricing based on your vision and guest count. After we refine the details, your date is secured with a signed contract and a 50% retainer.
Following booking, I’ll begin developing a visual mood board to further communicate the aesthetic and overall feeling of your florals. Final quantities and design details are confirmed 30 days prior to your wedding.
-
Yes. Your initial proposal serves as a foundation, and adjustments can be made as your plans evolve. Final counts and design details must be confirmed 30 days before your wedding date. However, any changes that result in a deduction of overall price cannot fall below 90% of the contract total.

Most couples book 6–12 months in advance, especially for peak season dates (spring and summer). However, if your wedding is sooner or if you have an elopement or intimate wedding, please reach out —I will accept events within a shorter timeframe depending on availability.
Securing your date early ensures both availability and a relaxed design process.

I currently do not have a hard minimum. I can create custom proposals for all events/weddings. Most of my clients spend around $3k-$4k for my design services.
-
Floral pricing includes the vessels and are considered rentals items. Candles, holders & glass sleeves can be added upon request and will be outlined separately.
-
Yes. Full-service weddings include delivery and setup. Breakdown services are usually automatically added to your proposal for our team to return at the end of the evening to collect rentals and clear floral installations.
-
I am currently running a discount that offers couples a 5% discount if you book within 2 weeks of inquiry. Must spend at least $1,500 to be eligible for discount.
-
A signed contract and 50% retainer are required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event.
I accept payment by credit card (3% charge on credit card payments), check, or cash. Payment details and due dates will be clearly outlined in your proposal and contract.

You’re welcome to share any flowers you love, especially if there are meaningful blooms you’d like incorporated. I always take those preferences into consideration.
That said, I design primarily by color palette and overall aesthetic rather than guaranteeing specific varieties. This allows for flexibility with seasonality and ensures the freshest, most beautiful blooms are used for your wedding day. If certain flowers (such as white roses or hydrangea) are especially important to you, we can absolutely note that in your proposal. This also applies to flowers you do not want included in your wedding. I will typically include a page in your personalized visual mood board of potential flowers I will use for your wedding.

My design style is romantic, whimsical, and garden-inspired, with an emphasis on movement, texture, and natural asymmetry. I’m drawn to soft color palettes, layered blooms, and arrangements that feel as though they’ve been gathered from an abundant garden. While I have a certain design style, I have been a floral designer for almost a decade, in which during that time I have acquired the skills to execute most design styles.
